Supervision
Clinical supervision is a space to explore and grow. Support and consultation are beneficial for all clinicians - whether working toward licensure or well-experienced in the field.

I have been supervising individuals and multi-disciplinary teams for 10 years. My experience includes creating streamlined supervision and clinical quality programs for large non-profit and public organizations. Over the years, I have guided supervisees in navigating acute client crisis, earning their clinical certifications, preparing for promotions, building private practices, and even deciding to switch careers. I enjoy supporting all stages of professional development.
My supervisory relationships are built on safety, curiosity, positive regard, accountability, and ethical practice. Like my approach to therapy, I invite supervisees to take the lead while I offer gentle inquiry and input.
Supervision may include:
-
Setting professional development goals.
-
Case consultation.
-
Building resources and supports.
-
Exploration of counter-transference.
-
Discussion about self-care and sustainability.
-
Support through professional transitions.
-
Professional discernment.
-
Evaluation and feedback.
