Courses

Foundations of Mental Health & Mental Illness

Mental health and illness affect us all – at home, work, and in the community. This training reviews common mental disorders, signs of illness, and effective support strategies for those who may be struggling. 

Responding to Hostility

This training provides strategies for responding to hostile behavior safely and effectively. Techniques can be applied to professional and personal settings. Scenario-based learning will be customized for the participants' context.

Trauma-Informed Practice

This training explores the impact of trauma on individuals and communities. Learn to recognize and respond to signs of trauma, gain understanding of Trauma-Informed principles, and develop self-care strategies.  

Customized Training

Collaborate with me to develop a training that meets your community's unique needs. Content and delivery will be tailored accordingly. I am also available to create content for eLearning courses.
