This training provides strategies for responding to hostile behavior safely and effectively. Techniques can be applied to professional and personal settings. Scenario-based learning will be customized for the participants' context.
Trauma-Informed Practice
This training explores the impact of trauma on individuals and communities. Learn to recognize and respond to signs of trauma, gain understanding of Trauma-Informed principles, and develop self-care strategies.
